At Wine Diamond Opener, we strive to offer the best service for our customers. Our return policy is as follows:

Return Timeframe
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@wdo-winediamondopener.com. If the return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Please note, returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Non-returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom items, and personal care products. We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, as well as sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the product you have and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card account.
